Single 30" system with hydraulic cart dumper feeding an incline screw conveyor that meters chips through a shredder for uniform chip sizing.

Chips then pass through a parts separator which serves to remove solids and tooling and meter the flow of material into the 30" wringer where fluids are removed from chips.

Chips are then pneumatically transported overhead up to 100' to a cyclone and discharged via a mechanically operated swivel chute into open top containers.

Single 40" system with hydraulic cart dumper feeding a horizontal twin screw conveyor that meters chips through a dual drive shredder for uniform chip sizing.

Sized chips pass through the shredder and are transported via a steel belt conveyor through a vibratory deck which removes large solids into a parts separator which removes remaining solids and tooling and meters the chips into the 40" wringer.

The wringer removes fluids from the chips and dry chips are pneumatically transported overhead up to 100' and discharged into an enclosed van type semi trailer.

Dual 50" system for foundry operation.

Material loaded into horizontal twin screw conveyor that meters chips through a dual drive shredder for uniform chip sizing.

Sized chips pass through the shredder and are transported via a steel belt conveyor to a horizontal dual directional twin screw conveyor.

This conveyor transports material evenly into two parts separators which remove solids and tooling and serve to meter the flow of chips into the two 50" wringers.

The wringers remove fluids form the chips and the dry chips are pneumatically transported to two cyclones which drop dry chips into two triple drum magnetic separators.

These magnetic separators remove ferrous contamination from the aluminum chip flow.

The aluminum chips are then metered via a rotary airlock into pneumatic tubing and transported with the aid of a blower up to 500' to dry chip collection bays to await the foundry furnaces.
