Moisture content of processed chips must be extremely low or non-existent to:- Ensure legal transport of the chips as a non-hazardous waste
- Ensure environmentally sound storage and handling of chips
- Maximize the volume and value of a processed chip shipment (i.e., ship chips, not fluids)
